All items are available to rent or  purchase at our shop

RENTAL: $10/item

7 Day grace period

Schedule a time slot to try on and get styled( if needed) 

FREE SERVICE: Styling services by Astrid Montalvo with rental session.

 

The inspiration: old hollywood films, 80s rock n roll, dark spanish western.

 What is House of Montalvo Rentals:  It is a fully stocked room of: 

Handmade, upcycled vintage, and  thrifted curated pieces by Astrid Montalvo; 

That you can either rent or buy

What adjectives can you describe H.O.M:  

Edgy, sexy, bold, dark, high fashion, avant garde, 80s vintage, rock n roll, and futuristic.

HOW THE RENTAL WORKS:

PRIOR TO BOOKING: 

1. Call/Text/DM Astrid Montalvo to book appointment

2. Choose date and exact time

3. Share any inspiration photos to get best results

4. Share measurements to make sure we will have the correct sizes. 

UPON ARRIVAL:

1. Park and enter suite; Punctually

2. Come dressed prepared to try things on

3. Sign in and get situated

DURING SESSION: 

1. 2min chat about occasion for rental

2. 30-40min try on session ( full looks) 

3. Finalize final options to rent

4. Astrid will go over how to wear/ how to layer & Snap photos for memory

5. Everything will be packaged neatly and labeled

6. You Pay On the Spot:       Venmo/Cash/Zelle

7. Receive Invoice and deadline for return

RETURN: 

7 days of the session. Text to arrange drop off.

HUGE NOTES: 

Do not wear in water- unless discussed

Package back in the same way  for returns

Do not forget anything  behind or you'll be fined- unless discussed

Be gentle with my pieces

AGENCY PULL: 

Rent in bulk 

Full rack of items for private client

20 items for $160

Including: clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories, stockings, hats or props. 

Included: 

1 Industrial rolling rack-10

10 garment bags

Jewelry holder

Styling kit: lint roller, safety pins, rubberbands, fashion clips, peeling roller, cleaning wipes

TOTAL: $200 

Note: If a client wants to purchase any of the items, you will have a list of all prices and QR code to pay on the spot. 

Garment bag the item and give them business cards for SHOPPING 

7 day rental session- unless discussed. 

I will take care of you, if you take care of my creations. 

         RETURN     

             Each item rented out,  will be examined before being returned.  

          Do not wash any of the items  

        Bring all items in the exact same packaging or hanger it was given out. 

          Make sure all items are in the return bag or hanger

         YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO BRING IT BACK- unless discussed. 

LIABILITY: 

Each item rented out, will be examined before and after pull. Return items back in the same packaging that was given out for a faster turn over. You are fully responsible for all items rented out. Full responsibility means: making sure non of the items get damaged, lost or stolen. 

DAMAGES: 

Each item needs to be returned in the condition that it was given out. All damages will be examined and brought up for an additional fee. Depending on the damage and the item. 

STAY IN COMMUNICATION WITH ME IF YOU KNOW SOMETHING BROKE. 

Don't let me find out the day of returns; if possible. 

Again, I take care of you, if you take care of my pieces. Most pieces in my showroom are custom creations that should be handled with care. 

If there is an item fully damaged to no repair, you will be responsible for the full amount. 

 

LATE FEES:

All items rented out, must return before the 7th day. If you need more time to drop off, I suggest you text 442 515 9292 to let me know, asap. If you do not, I sent a reminder 2 days before your due date. If I do not hear back and your 7th day comes and goes, I will have you responsible for the full bill. (meaning full ticket price per item)
